To provide a fair and transparent process, we have outlined our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Store Credit and Exchanges:

Print Defects: If you receive products with printing defects or errors that deviate from the approved proof, you are eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Shipping Damage: In the event that your order arrives with visible shipping damage that affects the product's quality, you are eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Non-Receipt: If you have not received your order within a reasonable time frame, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, you will be eligible for store credit or a replacement order.

Non-Eligibility for Cash Refunds:

Customized Products: As our products are often customized to your specific requirements, we do not offer cash refunds on personalized items unless they have printing defects or errors.
Customer Error: We cannot provide cash refunds for orders with mistakes or typos that were approved during the proofing process.
Color Variations: Please note that colors may vary slightly between the on-screen proof and the printed product. Minor color variations do not qualify for cash refunds.

Store Credit and Exchange Process: To initiate a store credit or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your request.

For eligible cases, we may ask for images or evidence to support your claim. Please provide the necessary information promptly to expedite the process.

If your request for store credit or exchange is approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the original purchase or an exchange for a replacement product.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an order before it goes into production, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled.

Changes to Orders:

We understand that you may need to make changes to your order after it has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you require any modifications. Additional costs may apply for changes that require adjustments to the production process.
